Shipping and Return Policy

By placing an order through this website, you agree to all terms and conditions as follows:

Shipping of orders may be via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DBL depending on item weight, size, and delivery address. Shipping costs paid by customers cover packaging, packing material, and associated costs of ensuring your order is processed promptly.

Returns of any products purchased via gameoverbeyond.com require prior authorization from Game Over! Video games & More in the form of a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This may be obtained by contacting us via e-mail or telephone. For orders received at one of our retail locations, item may be returned to the same location with valid receipt.

Returns of "New" items must be in "New" condition. This includes any seals, packaging, or other indications of an item to be described as "New" to be fully intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to all "New" merchandise when returned.

"Pre-played" items must be in the same condition as when shipped/picked-up.

Returns for defective merchandise will be in the form of the same title/item or equivalent in store credit only if item is unavailable.

Management reserves the right to evaluate all returned merchandise prior to issuing of a refund, replacement, or store credit. Misrepresentation of product, evidence of tampering, or abuse of policy is strictly forbidden. Any item returned under these conditions shall be returned to the consumer at their cost. Management decision is final.
